Refund and Return Policy

Most of the items sold on this website are custom and personalized products, and as such are not subject to refund. However, we want you to have the best experience and enjoyment of our products and if there is a problem, contact us and we will do our best to fix the problem. We do accept Exchanges for items of equal value within 7 DAYS of recieving the order, if returned in exact same condition as recieved. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
